These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of interludetrail.sa, operated by Interlude ("we", "us", "our"). By using this site, you agree to these Terms.

You may use this site to learn about our study-abroad, language, and travel programs, request a quote, and contact our team. You agree to provide accurate information when using our forms and calculator.

Quotes generated through our calculator are estimates based on the information available at the time and are not binding until confirmed in writing by our team.

Prices for courses, accommodation, and travel packages are set by our partner schools and providers and may change without notice. Any discount offered by our sales team applies only to the specific quote it's attached to.

In the interest of transparency, this policy applies to all Interlude services, including educational programmes, tours, adventures, bookings, and related services.

1. Cancellation before the programme begins — If a subscriber requests cancellation or postponement before the programme starts, the request is handled according to the booking status and the policies of the external parties and service providers associated with the programme, after deducting any services already delivered or non-refundable fees.

2. After the programme begins — Once a programme, trip, adventure, or any booked service has started, no refunds are available — whether from Interlude or from the associated service providers.

3. Interlude fees — Interlude's fees and any services delivered after work on the booking has begun are non-refundable.

4. External services and bookings — Any booking, payment, or purchase made directly by the subscriber or outside of Interlude, without official coordination or confirmation from Interlude, is entirely the subscriber's responsibility. Interlude bears no liability for any losses or compensation arising from the subscriber's actions or any steps taken outside of Interlude.

5. Subscriber errors — The subscriber is responsible for verifying the accuracy of all data, dates, documents, passport, visa, travel requirements, and booking details. Any loss resulting from incorrect information, delays, or errors by the subscriber is the subscriber's responsibility.

6. Service provider and third-party errors — Interlude is not liable for decisions or changes made by external parties or service providers, such as institutes, hotels, airlines, transportation companies, activity organisers, or official authorities.

7. When is the subscriber entitled to a refund? — The subscriber may request a refund only if it is established that the error originated directly from an Interlude staff member and resulted in the agreed service not being delivered. The refund amount is determined based on the value of the affected portion of the service, following a review of the case.

8. Refundable amounts before the programme begins — In cases where a refund is available before the programme starts, the amount is calculated after deducting: services already delivered; booking or cancellation fees; non-refundable amounts; and any fees previously paid to service providers.

9. Requesting cancellation or a refund — To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us at info@interludeksa.com with the subscriber's name, booking number, and request details.

We provide this site and the information on it "as is". While we aim for accuracy, we're not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of estimates shown on this site; final arrangements are confirmed directly with our team.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
